After reading Ahzirr Trajijazaeri (the Renrijra Krin manifesto) when I found it in some guy's house I was robbing, I started really liking those psychotic cats, and found it a shame there wasn't anything more about them aside from that book and a few mentions in rumors. So, I wanna make a joinable Renrij faction, complete with all that entails. This isn't going to get done any time soon, but once it is done I'd like it to be the best it can be. So, I'd like some feedback, maybe. Also, is anyone else interested in this? Wouldn't want to start something and have nobody like it. It's still in the ideas phase (to be honest I haven't installed Oblivion on my PC yet), but here's what I have so far:

 

-Perks:

Once you've joined the Renrijra Krin, you get a secret hideout somewhere near the town of BorderWatch filled with special trainers that will raise certain stealthy skills indefinitely (no level cap) for money, a bed, special merchants, a stock of poisonous plants for making poisons, and special weapons, armor, and items (FREE SKOOMA!). Also, Highwaymen will be friendly to you and can be followers, and you can turn in Imperial Legion and Leyawiin City Guard armor to a certain NPC for money. I'm even thinking of making a faction icon and various stat page changes. I can do the Khajiit accent pretty well, so I might record new lines for your allies. (Although whether this should be seen as a "perk" remains to be seen.) There'll also be a few other cool things in the lair owned by your allies that you can take.

 

-Not-Perks:

If you choose to join the Blades, You're out of the Renrij and can't join at all if you haven't yet. If you get caught stealing from a Khajiit, or kill a non-enemy Khajiit, you get a few warnings about giving a negative image, and if you keep at it, you're out, and you get a Renrij hitsquad put on you. They'll follow you anywhere and find you where ever you go, whether it's a dungeon, town, or Oblivion.

 

-Quests:

The line of quests will center around causing trouble for Count Caro, raiding rival bandit caves for supplies and lulz, dealing drugs/ drug running, and if lore supports it, maybe a few assassination missions. I also have an idea for a quest related to the Black Horse Courier, involving stealing the print draft of a new book by Alessia Ottus and replacing it with something...else.

 

-Joining:

I'd like to make this somewhat immersive, so I don't want it to be some "you turn on the mod and suddenly you have all this stuff" thing. The way to join the Renrij will probably be something like, you have a certain amount of Infamy, you make contact with a certain NPC, you do a preliminary quest ala Dark Brotherhood or Thieves Guild, and then you're led off to the hideout and are made a member.

 

So, does this sound good? Also I should reiterate that it'll be a while until it's done.
