iTimmah
Essentially, will they work bug free? I don't see how it would affect anything to cause any bugs.

Yossarian22
short answer: no long answer: some mods may work bug free, but any mod that makes use of a .esp file or .bsa file is bound to run into conflicts at some point or another because these were made with the older GECK editor, and were made specifically to work with FO3 content. Since when do UI Mods require ESP Files or even single work inside GECK. Inform yourself, before you post false informations. Most likely they will work without issues or only slight tweaks. D'oh! sorry, 6.30am here, I read topic as "FO3 Mods in New Vegas" gonna delete my post now and yeah, UI mods should work without much problems, may need tweaking for new images added (new perks, traits, faction stuff, etc) but otherwise small UI mods here and there should work fine.
