jynx474
@Nivea There is a version of NifScripts that works for Blender 2.7 and above it's just in the pre-alpha/testing phase for the time being and not meant for production work... except maybe on weapons that don't have moving parts 'cause from what I gleaned from the forum it doesn't play nice with animations. Or it's not capable of animating .nif's at this point. Anyhow Rambling done, and good luck on your project MrObamatron ^_^
nivea
Guess I do not count that as a option if its not meant for everyday use yet, as of right now there are none that are 100% stable release. I still think its better to do the work in 2.7 (if you want) and then turn it into a object and finish it in the older version. For now.
sonoyuu
I have installed blender 2.49 and python 2.6.6, both as 32 bit. There is no option present under import for wavefront .obj files. Help? http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/ii256/sonoyuu/No-Wavefront.gif Edited July 14, 2015 by sonoyuu
M48A5
@sonoyuu, You should have the current versions, installed in this order: PythonBlender 2.49PYFFINifSkriptsNifSkope The install order is just a important as the files being installed. With these installed, I have the option to import wavefront .obj files.
