Game crashes at startup

Just installed a bunch of mods, and the game refuses to start...

I've used BOSS to sort them.

You are obviously crashing because of a missing master.

 

Review your notes on FCOM and install the missing parts.

Fileplanet is free, unless you want to sign up for premium. I can see you don't like to read documentation for anything you download too, such horrible practice. I mean on top of what Fonger mentioned I can see other issues. Apparently you just download mods and toss every file in the data folder and expect it to work. You have 4 versions of ONE mod, yup 4. When clearly in the ReadMe it states to only choose one. And another instance later down your Load Order you have 3 versions of 1 mod. Again the documentation clearly states that is not what is intended. Seriously you need to read the README for each mod you download or you're gonna have tons of issues and compatibility problems.

 

I'll go ahead and elaborate some more, if you're still with me. You need a Bashed Patch ,on top of many other things, for FCOM. Therefor you need Wrye Bash to create such a patch. To successfully use Wrye Bash itself you must read a lot of documentation to fully understand what you are doing. To install a successful and stable FCOM: Convergence setup you must read tons of information for it to work. Otherwise you'll just have more problems than you already do. See what all of this has in common? Reading, reading, and more reading. If, and apparently, you're not up for reading a lot of information you need to reconsider the mods you use.

 

Slow down, read, research, and pay attention to what you're doing and other peoples' experiences. It will pay off, trust me.

Edit: Most of the mods is in OBMM so if there is any mods i dont need/shouldn't use i can easily remove them.

Just reinstalled the game and removed all mods... this time i will read, read, read and read even more :)

 

aaand hopefully get it to work within the next couple of hours.
