Removing embedded textures from a nif

I got these body mesh's from awile back and recently decided to give fallout 3 another playthrough. What I'm asking about is these mesh files were not saved with any textures since I add them myself into the textures folder. Well I loaded a couple of the Nif's and when I was done and exported out of blender they are showing up with default fallout textures that I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of them or atleast disable them. If I just just add the nifs without doing any editing everythings fine. They show up black in Geck. I understand these are called embedded textures, they show up on the mesh in geck as well as in game and not my textures. I always create a custom esp for this, well now when I go to do that when I'm selecting the new mesh it shows up with the default texture, and when I select the new texture, the mesh still has the default showing. I'm doing everything the same as I have before without this problem. It has to be something with blender, anybody know how to get rid of those "embedded" textures? Here's my export settings.

Open your mesh file in NifSkope. Left click on the triangle to the left of 0 NiNode to expand the tree. Choose the part for which you want to change the texture and left click on the triangle to the left of the name to expand the tree.

Go to BSShaderPPLightingProperty and left click on the triangle to expand the tree. Left click on BSShaderTextureSet. Look in the botton panel for Textures and left click on the triangle to expand the tree. This will show you the path to the texture for the item you chose. Left click on the "flower" and a search dialoge box will open. Using this box, you can navigate to the texture file of your choice. Once you have chosen the texture file, click on the 'Open" button. The texture path will now show on the texture line. When you have done this for all the parts you are changing, save the file.

If this is confusing or hard to understand, look around the Nexus for tutorials on the use of NifSkope.
