I am experiencing an issue. I had no problems before I had to restart from scratch on a new computer. I installed the game and nexus mod manager. I had to get all my mods again. I finally made it through the site got all of the mods I wanted. I loaded them up and got them to pass the nvedit program. I load up the game and I get red areas where some items should be and they have a white exclamation point in the center. I have never had this issue before. I have loaded the load order file. I know the type of player I am has issues from time to time. I like adding a ton of mods and getting them all to work together sometimes can be a pain. Any help would be appreciated. I like playing this game it has risen to one of my favorite games.

You're loading way too many mods, there's a bug that makes the game fall apart with more than 139 loaded, sometimes less. You need to merge some or lose some.

well I didn't have an issue before and have run over 150. Is that a new bug? as of a month ago I didn't have an issue but got new comp and had to start all over getting my mods and everything now I have the issue.

No, that bug was introduced in April 2011 by the 1.3 patch. Be more selective about what mods you add to your game, and make sure you follow instructions with mods where only one out of a selection of ESPs is meant to be loaded.

Well I found part of the problem. it was a legendary companion mod. I found when I opened the box having to do with that mod alot of those red areas showed up. I discontinued using that one and that part of the problem is gone. Now I just have an issue in certain areas like in the schoolhouse where my bobblehead stand and also where I get my Lara gun I have those spots happen. I also did delete a few more mods as well but still having issues.

"A few more mods" is not enough to bring your plugin count from 233 to 139. If you're loading 140 or more plugins, no further troubleshooting can be done, period.
