It was working fine until about an hour ago when the game patched and now no longer does. Any ideas how to get it to work with vegas now?

well, i'm no expert, but if you patched the game, i think you need to re-install your mods

that should fix the problem

I will try again thanks

Edited: Just tested that and did a clean install and nope they no longer work.

what have you re-installed??

just this mod??

i don't know if there is a NV mod manager yet, but if there is, you should re-install it, since you have changed the .exe of the game (at least i think so.....)

if that doesn't work, maybe you should contact the uploader, PM him and see if he can answer you

i'm sorry that i can't help more, but i don't have the game, so i didn't really look at the mods here yet, and i don't know about the patches and all.......

Man that was a huge waste of time, why didn't you just reinstall the body replacer?

Originally that is what I had done, and it was not working. My husband even tried and could not get it to work after a bit of research I found out it was due to yesterdays patch. It wrote over my ini files that I edited and I had to redo them.

There was another update this afternoon. It seems like this update fixed anything that the last one messed up. Here's what I did to see my custom textures again and get rid of the mouse lag.

1. Reenable Steam Cloud in Steam settings

2. Delete the whole "MyGames\FalloutNV" Folder

3. Deleted the "falloutprefs.ini" in "Steam\Userdata\Digit Number\22380\remote"

4. Restarted New Vegas and adjustet the game in options to my preferences

5. Leave New Vegas and restart again...bingo Mouse lag gone, custom titties there^^

Make sure to make a backup of your actuall FallouPrefs.ini in your "MyGames\FalloutNV" Folder if you customized the file manually.

You will also notice, that any change made in the FalloutPrefs.ini now works like supposed too. Just to be on the safe side, if you manually set up the FalloutPref, also adjust the one in remote.

Don't use ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated files. Make your own "ArchiveInvalidation.txt" put it in "fallout new vegas\data" and manually put your textures into that file.
