garryowen
Ok, I bought the game on steam about a month ago and pre-loaded it. The fateful day finally comes and I go to play it... well the starting screen comes up with some gloomy music playing and I click on "Play"... I get a little windows message window telling my Fallout NV has stopped working! That's as far as I can get. I tried deleting and re-installing the game 2x and downloaded the new dll, but still no dice... I have a ASUS Note book (G60Vx)Windows Vista (SP2)Nvidia GenForce GTX 260M, 4GB RAM, Intel Duo-Core @ 2.0 GHz and I have 20gig of free space HELP! garryowen
So no one has any ideas on what to try?
BooneoftheWasteland
I'd complain to the company Steam by this point. Wasn't there an issue between FO3 and Vista?
JoshQuake
Try going to canyourunit and see if your comp will actually run New Vegas. Your processor is JUST making the 2.0GHz recommendation.
