Trying to merge the RND patches, xEdit Script, single record did not make it

Of the RND patches that I have in the link here, I have RND_USKP-Patch.esp, RND_Dragonborn-Patch.esp, RND_HearthFires-Patch.esp, RND_Dawnguard-Patch.esp, RND_RWS-Patch.esp, which were all reported in the link above to have a successful merger.

However, upon the merge completion, I encountered this error of a record not making it from "RND_RWS-Patch.esp":

How do I go about fixing this so that I can totally complete the merge? Also, is it ok for me to renumber the formid's?
