Vigilance disappeared after patching the game.

I have done some research about it and found only people saying it disappeared after using the vigilance fix mod wrongly but in my case I installed the mod after making my sword (I was on patch 1.02 at the time) and I had the sword right until endgame and saved/loaded it was still there, but since patching to 1.04 I loaded my last save before the main battle and Vigilance has been replaced by "Twinblade".

The sword also disappears if I import my character to DLC stories like the golem thaig one.

Is this a mod problem or a patch problem??

 

Does anyone know how I can fix this without going back to patch 1.02?
