It seems to have the same engine and graphics of fallout 3, which runs at like 40 fps on medium, but this is running at like 10 fps on low... It's annoying, please help. The other strange thing is that it's higher fps outside, and lower when inside or during conversations. I downloaded that .dll you put in the new vegas folder and stuff, and it's still really laggy.
