mod that makes most sinks not work?

kind of bothers me how every single sink in the wasteland works perfectly fine

 

im using IMCN with the fillbottle mod and it seems to be a trade off between being more immersed in something less realistic by making water too hard to come by which adds an urgency and value to water but at the same time you're incapable of being self sufficient at all in the wastes even though the means are available lorewise because most sinks do work (not using fillbottle) and having water extremely easy to come by because you just need any empty bottle and sink (using fillbottle)

 

imo it would be better if 5% or so of sinks worked, in places where it would make sense

 

towns like megaton, tenpenny tower, etc

Easy. All one has to do is replace all ''activator'' sinks with ''stat'' sinks using the GECK. Then find and change the ones that SHOULD work from ''stat'' to ''activator'' again. It'd only require VERY basic knowledge of the GECK.
