Making stealing worthwhile?

I remember with the release of OOO and Thieves Arsenal for TES IV how fun being a thief was. Sneaking into a rich nobleman's house or merchant in the Imperial City, finding gold plates, jewelry and other rich loot that you could fence. Making a hit was rewarding.

Skyrim has some mods similar to what Oblivion had, like knocking npcs out instead of killing them, special arrows and stealth overhauls, but everyone seems poor. Jarls and rich people have the same exact trash loot that the poor farmers have. Why sneak into somone's house for a few clay pots and wooden plates worth 2 septims? Has anyone made changes that add valuable loot to the houses of jarls and other well off people? Preferably not just enchanted armor and weapons but general knickknacks like gold statuettes and other keepsakes.

Such a mod might add some nice flavor to the world, but there is plenty of valuable loot to be found in jarls' palaces and the homes wealthy residents. Of course it's all generic loot -- gold bars and jewelry, some expensive books, that type of thing. And of course there's the stones of Berenziah.
