CTD When Trying to Load or Create a Savegame

Well, I'm back again and this time I have no clue on what's going on....

 

To start off, After ages and ages (maybe 15 hours) I Finally got FCOM to work, no problems. I followed what everyone said about testing after I install each mod, so I did. And finally yesterday, I went to install Streamline the game worked without a hitch. Then I installed weOCP's (oblivion Crash Preventative System) worked perfectly. Then I installed Alive Arena. I didn't test, then I went to have some sleep.

Today when I installed watch you sleep. There were problems. I opened up Oblivion (via OBSE) Dark UI had screwed up; it wasn't taking up the full screen, so I thought "I must fix that," But first I wanted to create a new character, so I pressed new on the menu, It said "Do you want to create a new game?" I said yes....Then as soon as I clicked yes, I could see my normal windows 7 mouse; only for a second, then I got a CTD :wallbash: .

So then I Opened up OBMM, Re-Installed DarkUI and Oblivion XP. I tested the game again, no DarkUI problems, but when I went to load a game it CTDed with the Mouse thing again. So I thought Something is wrong with my .ini, so I backed it up, then deleted it (from my docs). I ran Oblivion through the launcher to make a new .ini. So then I had to re-install DarkUI and Oblivion XP again. After that I changed my Graphic settings to what I want, Closed and ran oblivion again. Chose to make a new save....

CTD :verymad:

I did this a couple of times, still got a CTD. So then I un-installed all of the mods I installed since today and the last part of yesterday. I chose to load a savegame this time. CTD. I chose to make a new game. CTD. Made a new .ini. CTD. Rebuilt my Bashed Patch. CTD.

 

So finally, quite frustrated I came here. What is the problem??

Also, Now That I've tested after about an hour, Oblivion won't even startup when I run it, It just CDT's as soon as I open it.... I'm just hoping I won't have to re-install for the fifth time in three weeks :verymad:

 

I run Oblivion.exe as administrator. I've installed the game to My documents/Games. And All my Utilities are run as administrator....

 

So what do you think
