Animation issues (perma realted most likely)

Hello, I'v been having a strange issue ever since I installed Perma (Perkus Maximus) and hope someone might know what the hell I'v managed to screw up.. To make it as simple as possible I'll just give you a few screenshots which should make the issue easy to spot.

 

Running

Moving my mouse/crusor/right hand (which ever you prefer to call it)

As you can see, the animation for moving with weapons drawn seem to be missing.. The only time it does work is when I'm jumping or standing still.

 

I also seem to have screwed up my "Dual Sheath Redux" install somehow since the game tells me that I need to run skyproc as soon as I start the game. Yes, I ofcourse have tried it or rather I did as soon as I installed it.. Could it be that i installed the "Dual Sheath Redux for Perkus Maximus"? Thinking it might be outdated or something which somehow could screw it up. (yes I installed them in the right order since I'm not that new to modding that I dont know what a patch is for)

 

I can live without having Dual Sheath Redux working since I acually installed it hoping it would miracously fix my animation issue.. :laugh:

Ahm, not really sure what your saying about DSR but you need the one for perkus and the original, have you got both and reran the skyproc since getting it and/or making any changes? Also have you reran FNIS after installing those?

Ohh, sorry if what I wrote was a bit cryptic but that is exactly what I meant that I have done. Yes I also run FNIS after installing any mod even if it's not FNIS related.

Huh, that is really strange then. Sorry for asking obvious questions but, you know... Maybe it would be worth installing or reinstalling an animation mod over DSR and Perkus? Just thinking that maybe they've overwriten what ever animation mod you have or if you don't have any installing one over them might fix what ever animations messed up. Other than that I have no idea sorry.

Yeah.. Thats why i tried DSR, to try and get some sort of clue to which it was. My best guess is that it could be something like XPMS not willingly cooperationg with Perma.. Or something similar. I mean, I must have animations for it since the issue appears after instailling Perma, and if it were to be overwritten, simple logic tells me that it then should just be a different animation playing.. but a skeleton could be what's causing some sort of incompatability.. I'll probably have to look through my list and see if I have 2 skeleton mods, that might be why it acts up when Skyproc has been run. To simplify my theory: Perma thinks I want to use both skeletons and that somehow results in neither working (I don't know why the outcome would be this since a crash seems more appropriate but whatever.. :laugh:)

I'll come back with an uptade about my theory.

Edit: Nope, just 1 skeleton so there goes that theory.. Got any ideas on other animation mods I could try out?

Installed " Pretty Combat Animations " which did change the idle but the issue remains, I still dont have any animation when I'm running with my weapons drawn. In case of confusion it's the same when I'm using other weapons I just happend to dual wield when I took the screenshots.

There's your problem, I think. I'm fairly certain you should only have one of those XP32 skeletons, I personally prefer XMPS over XPMSE. XPMSE is also not compatible with TPPB, so there's another issue for you. Also, just in case you haven't done so, Realistic ragdolls and Force needs to be installed before XPMS, sounds like your using MO so make sure it's priority is lower in the left pane. Don't know what files were in your overwrite but they'll be winning any and all conflicts so I'd think that would be fine?

Well, with MO it doesn't seem to matter since it basiclly tells me that XMPS doesen't do anything when XPMSE is installed, I will try it with just one at a time to see if that's it but I'v got to reinstall everything since I'm pretty sure I'v broken my game at this point. Yeah, that I do pay attention to in the descriptions, since I'm using like 200 mods it would be next to imposible to get the game running without doing so. I just use a buttload of these for certain mods that doesn't wanna work unless it is installed. Guessing that only a few files are needed but not all..

Really? From what I'v read they should be syncroniced into the affected mods and in some cases become a new mod.. Gah.. Ohh well, Ill just take my time and go trough a gudie for safetys sake anyway because I'm tierd of reinstalling, both my game, and all the mods, in the right order.. :pinch:

Guess I can add a few new mods while I'm at it :laugh:

Thank you for your time and help! Got a few other Ideas aswell to try out. I'll be back if none of this helps, although it seems unlikely due to the fact that there shouldn't be such gamebreaking incompatabilities between any of these mods as far as I know.
