Hello there, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in adding backpacks and holsters to New Vegas, since they are surprisingly absent.

There is also a gun holster mod for New Vegas, and there was a WWII Uniforms mod for Fallout 3 which i cant seem to find on Fallout3Nexus right now, which added a series of holster packs. If possible, make it so you can buy the backpacks in various places, and find a few. I would prefer the SedPL backpacks make it in atleast, as those are best looking imo, but the more bags the better. Perhaps add a simple backpack at the start of the game. I hope someone accepts, as I really like it when my characters actually looks like he is actually carrying all the junk and equipment and ammo on his person, instead of just stashing it down his pants or something.

EDIT - uh oh, that blackwolf mod involves makeshift archive invalidation insertion. I will wait for a fully tested and assuredely safe method and guide for NV Archive Invalidation before I get back to editing ini's. For all i know things may be slightly different from the transition from FO3 and NV, so I dont wanna bug my game by derping about inside the ini's just yet.

I too would love to see holsters added in for the various revolvers. A .45-70 Hunting Revolver would look rather silly in a tactical thigh rig. I actually wanted to see that so badly I started mucking into the scary world of .nifs and dreaded .dds's, and soon realized I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. I even tried tweaking the playable Vaquero Outfit I modded for myself to actually have an (unusable) holster and revolver hanging off the left gun belt, and once again, got lost.

ONe was already mentioned. The other one has no images and no description of how the backpack actually functions. For all we know its just one of those "interact and permanently gain extra carry weight" backpacks.

EDIT - forgot to ask, but does anyone know of the WWII uniforms mod I mentioned? It had an item called "Gear" which could be equipped, which resembled a series of small bags/belts, which I would very much like to see return for New Vegas. I think it has been removed from the FO3 Nexus though, as I cannot locate it through searches. If someone wants to contact me via AIM on the username mrmattjc, i could try to arrange to send the files for the "Gear" item.
