  1. What kind of spells would it shoot tho? You can cast fury, calm and courage with spells already, which is the way a song would affect battle. Maybe use it as a staff and change the animation to use lute's ?
  2. Did something more like that steam tailoring mod, so you can replace the tanning rack http://i.imgur.com/PwQ5mBP.jpg let me know if you want any changes so I can finish it and texture.
  3. Make a new .esp with creation kit. There's tutorials on how to create a new armor inside the creation kit ( as in, a item in game, not the 3d model). Basically, the easiest way for you is to duplicate an existing armor and change the .nif files to the one you want. If it's a retexture it's a little more complicated in the way that you will need nifskope to change the texture path on a copy of vanilla .nif
  4. I was thinking the same Mookey. In fact, I was thinking about making it myself, but I suck at writing long quests. I thought about some vigilants from bordering regions to come help the Skyrim's hall to deal with it's destruction and rebuild a new vigilant of stendarr's monastery, with new more elegant armours, based on the Dragon's Dogma Mystic Knight iconic armour
  5. Did you check the console to see what the error is? it's that little black window that opens with blender...like a cmd
  6. What do you mean by new faces? Like, new Presets?
  7. You can make a new race on CK, or you can use Custom Races mod ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=8720 ). It creates new races with separeted files like you want. Example : Meshes/CustomRaces/Breton/femalebody_0.nif Textures/CustomRaces/Breton/femalebody.dds if you replace those with mods, it will only affect the custom races, making your character unique ( instead of installing the mods with mod manager, you extract and copy&paste then manually in the custom races folder)
  8. It's kinda like making a helmet but you need to generate a .tri file. Basically : 1. Make the hair 2. Weight paint it to the head bone ( and other bones if the hair is long, really depends on the hair and how you want it ) 3. Parent bones to the hair 4. Export as .nif 5. Open with Nifskope and copy the BSShaderPPLightingProperty and NiAlphaProperty from a vanilla hair, etc... just like you would to make an item. 6. Change the textures to your textures 7. Save. 8. Export as .obj using nifskope and use the conformulator to generate a .tri file ( you can download it at TESnexus, also there's a dummy .egm head files for Skyrim made by throttlekitty, search on skyrimnexus, but I don't know if they are still necessary or if you can use the head .egms that comes with Skyrim. ) 9. On Creation Kit, to make a new hair go to Character/HeadPart/ (Male, Female or Unisex). Double click a vanilla hair, change ID and Name, on model select your custom hair, on tri select your custom hair .tri file, Valid Races choose the valid races, like HeadPartsHumanandVampire. Extra Head Parts is the hair line, it's the hair that appears when you use helmets, you can make a custom one too. hope this helps
  9. http://i.imgur.com/vWmg5.jpg http://i.imgur.com/vWmg5.jpg But I suggest you use Custom Races, so you don't have to edit the original races. It's the same process, but instead of editing NordRace, you would edit CustomNordRace instead.
  10. So I still haven't made any armor for Skyrim but Im almost sure that you need 2 files for armors, _0 and _1, _0 being the weight slider 100% to the left and _1 for 100% to the right. That's how it scales the armor for the different body sizes. So I think if you scale the choker for _0 and _1, it should work just like the armors.
  11. actually they do....seems to be rare but I've seen other people with the same glitch.
  12. open console and type in help blades 0 will give the codes for blades armor, boots, gloves, then type in player.additem XXXXXXX Y xxxxxx = item code y = quantity
  13. console command "tfc 1" will pause it and allow freefly camera
  14. I've already stopped playing Skyrim Im waiting for the creation kit to be release, so I can mod it up :P
