luxwing0go Posted October 26, 2010 Share Posted October 26, 2010 Good evening. :3 Okay, so I've been having a heck of a time trying to get all my mods to play nicely lately. First, I put in Robert's v5 and Dremora skin. Then, I get HGEC and the clothing mod for it. Yep, Khajiit foot glitch galore. Fixed it for a minute without bash, then got the female dremora skin. Messed up my male skin. Reinstalled. Got Khajiit male glitch. Reinstalled Robert's. Lost dremora. Reinstalled. Got messed up Khajiit females and no Dremora skin. GRAAAAH. This is all getting really irritating, and I can't use Wyre Bash since I installed Oblivion in programs...and I have Vista. :P Hey, I didn't know it would cause this much trouble! *poot* I can't even run it as an administrator... Anyway, all of this ranting leads me to my question - if I, say, make backups of my saves, uninstall Oblivion completely, reinstall somewhere BESIDES programs, and put my saves back in, will they work? It's not so much the progress or items I want to save. It's more like I want to save my actual character because it took so long to get his face right... So, can it be done?
