Mod request - Shoulder mounted torch

So i really hate the pip boy point of person light, and really wish i could have a shoulder mounted preferably on bandoleer, which would emit a beam of light similar to the street lamps in new vegas prefferably not TOO bright so it leaves this nice eerie doom style aspect to the game.
