The Shadowbanish Wine is part of a quest. Don't worry if you've wasted some --- the game gives you more than you need.

 

To get the quest, talk to the bartender at the inn on the far side of the bridge across Lake Rumare.

You can find Shadowbanish wine in Fort Grief doing a quest in Bravil will lead you there. Otherwise go on 'wiki' and you will have the location of all forts that contain the wine. You will have to bring 6 bottles and you will 1000 septims, but after you do that you will be able to sell the wine to her for 150 septims a bottle.

It's only a month and a half old, and your post does add something Mali, but this isn't the Spoilers forum, and your post definitely has spoilers in it. So, I think I'll just lock this one, as the author has most likely figured this out by now anyway.
