Rhydderch Hael Posted August 10, 2006 Share Posted August 10, 2006 When you are able to get in arcane university you can make items with 20% chameleon with grand soul gems.Crack enough Oblivion gates when your character is Level 17 or higher, and Transcendant Sigil Stones can give you Chameleon at 30%.
