Installed mods not in load order

I'm having quite a strange problem here, as I can install mods normally and get confirmation in the NMM mods tab that it is installed, but when I go into the plugins tab it does not show up. Strangely enough, certain mods actually show up and those are normally extentions that go with full mods. And no, I know that these mods should have esps.

I have also checked the load order in FNVEdit and LOOT and have gotten the same result and I have also checked my data folder and the mods are not there either. On top of this, I have also uninstalled NMM and reinstalled it, yet the problem persists.

I have also checked a few topics on this fourm along with many others on different websites and have not found a solution to this problem. Any help or advice at all would be greatly appreciated.

There are quite a few mods that were developed and published before Nexus Mod Manager was developed. The fact that you state that the mods are not showing up in your data folder would lead me to believe that NMM cannot install the mod.

Your best bet is to thoroughly read the mod description page and insure that you can indeed install the mod with NMM. Otherwise, your solution would be to install the mod using Fallout Mod Manager or do a manual install.

Just because there is a "DOWNLOAD WITH MANAGER" button does not mean that the mod can be installed with NMM.

I don't believe that this is the issue, as all of the mods are recent and I have used them many times before with NMM (The images somewhat show my mods). The only reason I am installing them again is I recently was using TTW and have now uninstalled it to play normally. I could try a complete reinstallation of fallout new vegas, though I wasn't sure if this would help.

Edit: I tried what you said and used FMM to install the mods, and everything is working properly now, thanks for the help.
