Disable console

I have searched and search and all i can find is things like

"Set bAllowConsole to 0 in fallout.ini"

All i see is Fallout_default and when i change bAllowConsole in there to 0, console still works fine.

 

I'm one of those people that knows the engine too well, knows most if not all the dev commands and i get the urge to use console when im about to lose.

I want to remove the urge.

 

Please help.
