I have been trying to make this mod myself, but it seems as though I can have no luck. I often get runtime errors before I am able to make any real progress. I would like to partner up with someone who would be interested in making this mod with me. I have all the ideas in my head, I just need someone who can work a NV G.E.C.K. No worries, either, this mod will not require making any new meshes or textures;all content will come from the game itself. If anyone is interested, I would like you to find me on Skype at anavel88.
