Its probably just me not being able to find the "golden settler thread" but I've been searching for over an hour now. Real Time Settler tripled my Fallout 3 playtime and was without doubt the best mod for any game I've ever downloaded. Then RoTS was due to come which looked even more amazing but I never got round to downloading it. I noticed a placeholder was put in for a Settler mod for New Vegas which is ideal to build a mod like this around, especially with all the emphasis on tribes and factions. Is it coming?
