Hemingway308 Posted February 21, 2015 Share Posted February 21, 2015 Open a merchant NPC in the GECK, and click the 'Dialogue' button, then select the 'Service' tab and you will see them. I however was unable to get my guy to say his lines, for some reason - he only played the animation. Eh, I guess I can live without it.
