Any time I come back to the Lucky 38, I find my followers staying there helping themselves to my food and drink supplies. So far they've gone through 6 bottles of scotch and 5 bottles of whiskey. This is seriously getting old, is there anywhere in the Penthouse Suite I can store my stuff WITHOUT my followers mooching it? I'm afraid to store any rare drinks here now because I just KNOW one of them will take a Nuka Quartz once I put it in the fridge. Heck, I've already tried adding No AI Aquire and Disable Sandbox tags to ALL containers in the suite via the GECK. They still steal my stuff. You could try using "lock" from the console, I don't know if they could get at your booze then. Only thing I can think of right now but it would be a pain to keep locking and unlocking for the sake of a couple of bottles of 300 year old scotch. This means that I could easily see all my stockpiled food and drink gone because my Companions mooched it all. :/ Just tried tai (toggle AI) and it works... but... on one test, when I zoned out and back in and they appeared to be buried up to their neck. They have their own supplies at their various locations and will not eat up your stock. I tought it was an ammo bug on my end as I kept stocking ammo in the room only to find it missing. After Boone became a snack for the Deathclaw Denmother I found over 500 .308 rounds and their AP, HP counterparts on his body. That bastard was skimming off what he needed for his Follower weapon, so I arranged very creative deaths for the others finding that those who use Guns had the appropirate ammo on their corpse. Unless given a melee weapon which seems to stem the tide of theivery. Rex and Ed-E have not stolen anything yet and neither has Arcade but after reading this I am going to check in my Chem stock... JCHR Posted October 29, 2010 Share Posted October 29, 2010 Lol there should be an option to be mean to your followers by telling them to not freaking take what's not theirs... of course they need to eat and drink too, and maybe if you pived them from first necessity supplies they might stab you on the back and steal everything from you...
