arrows and chairs

Hi all!

I have a proposal for a very simple mod.

I stretched my arrows with a mod and I speeded it.

Now I don't like if one Npc is sitting on a chair and I shot an arrow in the center of the back without the NPC notice anything because I'm hidden....I can see the arrow through the chair, but the NPC is safe.

The arrow is stuck in his back, but he has not even been touched.

I believe that the NPC should be damaged under these circumstances with increases if they have no armor, and if they are taken by surprise because you're hidden in stealth mode.

I mean, the normal damage should be penalized for the influence of the chair, I should be 1 / 2.

There is someone wich can do it? It could also block the NPC to the chair after he suffered the blow?

Nb. Not for stools or benches only chair.

Even though the idea seems simple, I doubt that it is. You'd have to meassure out a lot, add scripts to all of the chairs and somehow figure out a way to make people take damage from arrows through objects

I guess the alternative is that you should just start aiming at the NPC rather than the chair he/she is seated at?

I do not believe the game engine would really support this well. You would have to do like Beerto described. It would be a ton of work for little reward and might even contribute to lag. How about shooting the NPCs in the back of the neck?

I know it's difficult. It was a proposal. If anyone can do it would be fun.

Maybe someone could put in some great mod on the implementation of combat.

I've seen the good mods that are done and I think this is fatibile :D , only requires a lot of work and time.

Are the details which makes things well done and beautiful, I do not think it is a little reward...
