Rampage37
Ok so, I have done this on so many playthroughs over the past few years without a problem. But right now I cannot figure out what the deal is. Installed SKSE, got all my mods working and was ready to play only to realize I forgot one simple thing that drives me nuts. The resolution of the warpaints, not that big of a deal, but to me it is, especially for screenshots. Simple fix right? Go make my skse.ini, add the usual [Display] iTintTextureResolution=2048. Bam, should work. Yet I still get the crappy resolutions. I feel like I am missing something stupidly simple but still can't seem to get it to work. On a side note, this also makes me wonder if the other skse.ini tweaks are working like [General] ClearInvalidRegistrations=1 [Memory] DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768 ScrapHeapSizeMB=256 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Swamianand
I believe that you need to troubleshooting your issue outside from SKSE,because I never used the iTintTextureResolution option in my SKSE-Inibut all my warpaints are looking perfect. For an example you can take a look at my Image Section, the Imagesof Aurora (the middle and the last one).Screen resolution and texture quality (In the Game launcher) will affectthoose things too. As well as the resolution of the warpaint itself of course. As for the SKSE installation, make sure you have the last SKSE files includingtheir scripts and not any mix, like new SKSE but ols script files. The SKSE.ini has to go in the \Data\SKSE folder. The SKSE files itself in the Skyrim folder. If SKSE is running and the above requirements are fulfilled, there should not beany issues with SKSE and the SKSE.ini Edited February 6, 2015 by Swamianand
myztikrice
You need high resolution warpaints in order for your warpaints to be a high resolution, simply adding the line does not make them higher quality. It also only applies to the player character, Auroria uses her own
Rampage37
Ahh thank you, figured it out. I knew I was missing something stupid. Skipped over the higher resolution warpaints mod.
