Crashing whenever I enter buildings?

I recently tried to my my nv again and whenver I enter buildings the game just crashes now. Not sure why since it never happened before. My game is heavily modded, but again this never happened before. I can only think of the problem as something being wrong with the load order but I dont remember changing it or anything. I also don't know how load order works or how to correct a load order problem so any help is appreciated. Here's my current load order:

You have a few conflicting mods there. The EVE FNV Plugins. You either have or don't have GRA or DLCs. Not both. Leather Backpack, choose a language. w44Satchels, choose Full or Lite. Full requires NVSE.

 

You change the load order by dragging and dropping the file in the mod manager.

oh alright I see what you're saying. I unchecked those plugins but still have the same problem. Is there a problem with the load order? Because everything runs smoothly until I enter a building, not sure why though
