Can any1 help me to render a 3d model with texture.

i need a 3d model of the Akatsuki coat from Naruto, texture requirements note the Artist discription.

 

Purpose for this armor is FO3 preferably a blender file, but any file compatable to FO3 will do.

 

Note: if possible, i would like to make this armor able to be worn open and closed with the hood up or down. i also plan to add a bullet proof effect but i can do that on my own with the GECK.
