How to implement a new, unique sound

In the left pane of the Object Window find Audio, expand that and click on sound. In the right side pane of the Object Window you'll see a list of sounds, right click anywhere there and select New.

Figures the solution would be simple enough. There's just so much that can be done with the GECK that I simply can't figure it all out myself. Thanks. Now I can submit my ideas for various sounds. I've got the perfect gunshot for Jaysus' Tommygun.
