Installed Mods not Working

I know this topic has been done before, but my situation to the one I saw (this one) is different.

 

When I add mods to the Data folder, they appear in the Data Files dialog, all are ticked, and although I'm not sure about loading loose files, as there aren't any apart from the .esp's.

 

The mods I have are:

1. Casino Anti Anti Cheat
   
2. JaySuS' Tommy Gun
   
3. JaySuS' M1 Garand
   

 

Is this Steam related, or am I missing something?

Did you install Steam into a UAC controlled folder so is UAC tapdancing on your face

 

or did you install Steam into a different folder to get out of the clutches of that megalomaniac UAC

having a modding problem with "BEWARE OF GIRL Type 3 HiRez HiDetailed Replacer", done activating the mod in FOMOD, have used ArchiveInvalidation as a solution, so the problem still sticks that is body of my female avatar waist down, specifically around the waist and pubic zone is black and the chest texture is not proportionate,if there is anyone out there who has the solution to this kind of problem please reply, a lot of gratitude and appreciation in advance.
