Crash during "Wild Card" plot path (Spoilers)

I had just finished talking to all the groups and got the Platinum Chip, and gave Yes Man the go ahead to get to the Lucky 38. However, every time I try to get into the penthouse to meet him the game crashes immediately after it finishes loading. Any advice?

Hello, I wanted to report a similar problem, in which every time I tried to enter the Lucky 38 from outside it loads and then crashes to desktop. This started right when the NCR told me to try and kill or disable or deal with Mr. House. That is, For the Republic, Part 2.

 

This is my Load Order in case you might spot a problem with it. (The Lucky 38 Mods have nothing to do with the crashes and they still persist after the instalation and, later, disabling of them.
