TurkishSquirrel
Ok, well I did this tutorial on the CS Wiki site, and so I did the little basement thing, and went along the general lines of the dungeon tutorial. But, when I went to playtest my mod my character was just in a gray zone (the color of the standard lighting). So I thought it was an issue with the playtest thing, so I set the Oblivion.ini file to normal and added a little entrance outside of Bruma. So I loaded up Oblivion, got one of my characters and walked him over to the entrance and entered it. But, when I got in there, it was just the same as the playtesting.Any help? I'm pretty new at this.
WarKirby3333
Most likely, you forgot to move the doormarker when linking doors. The default position makes you appear inside a door and often forces you into 'greyspace' . This is a mistake that I made frequently at first and seems the most likely explanation Try moving the marker from inside the door to on the ground in front of it. If that doesn't help, I'm sure somebody else will suggest something. WarKirby

It just wouldn't be in place...

Alright, it didn't work, and it's a reasonable distance from it. The room is just the color of the lighting that I set. Also, I can walk around but the only change I see is on the map. Ok, problem fixed, something had gone wrong in the way I copied the cell or something.
