Regardless the reasons why someone might want to have this kind of thing in Skyrim, threads like this only invite drama and have become something that people intentionally create just to cause chaos on the forums. If you honestly want this kind of mod, it is unlikely that anyone around here will jump head first into that ring of fire. Your best bet involves either you learning to do it yourself, or trying to find an author who has already done this sort of thing and seeing if they are interested.
