Shawker
You mean Archive Invalidation i believe. And you can only use one as if you toggle/click more than one it will ask if you want to remove archive invalidation. This is a script line within your config game file and changes it from 0 to 1. It has nothing to do with achievements. Go into your config file and look for archiveinvalidation=0 and change it manually to archiveinvalidation=1, this applies to looking for meshes and textures if i remember correctly. But I am usually half wrong (according to my wife). If this has nothing to do with what you are talking about then ignore my reply.

Fonger
when all else fails why not use the automatic Archive Invalidation mod that's available on the nexus http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35935
