Face/Body color mismatch

Hello guys/gals i need help fixing this mismatch i'll post my Load Order below the photo I know i have alot of mods :laugh: i don't know if any of the character mods are conflicting or maybe i have them in the wrong order Skyrim Edit didn't give me any errors but it's not only the male NPCs some of the female NPCs are mismatching.

LOOT? No never heard of it.

 

Edit: Ok i ran LOOT and it says i got 24 Warnings and 15 dirty plugins. I'm going to assume that one of those dirty plugins is what is causing it or maybe it's one of the warning.

possibly. i would fix the warnings and clean the pluggins

Is there a Video Tut using Layman's Terms on how to fix Deleted Navmeshes? I couldn't find a video tut which is extremely weird i would have thought that Gopher or somebody else might have done a video tut on this. I have three mods that contain alot of deleted Navmeshes and i followed this Walkthrough step-by-step but it didn't help fix the issue and i don't wish to uninstall these mods especially the here there be monsters.
