Level by Level Character Planner

So far I've seen a fairly good spreadhseet that will calculate how much your SPECIAL affects your skills, toss in your perks etc.

The problem is that it thinks you get a perk every level and won't let you deal with skills for each level until you've picked a perk.

 

What I'm really looking for is something that lets you fully plan out your character from nuts to pan.

I want to be able to be able to put in my SPECIAL and my traits for level 1 and then progress the character, one level at a time, assigning skillpoints and perks as I go.

I would like to be able to go back and forth between levels, working out how I want the character to progress.

In the end I would like to be able to get a report that details how I spent points at each level and what perks I took when.

 

Anybody interested in giving that a shot?
