Noisy draws that the NPC can hear

I would very much like to see if it is not already in New Vegas (yep, pre ordering this mod before I get the game :tongue: ) that draws, doors and other related items make a noise that the NPC can hear so that I cannot sneak around without a care opening and closing draws/doors a metre away from a NPC.
