Project Blackjack is an upcoming mod for Fallout New Vegas.

Synopsis -

 

A DLC style message appears informing the Courier to investigate the recent sightings of Vertibirds landing at the REPCONN Launch Facility. The locals have reported spotting soldiers dressed in pre-war military uniforms who have set up camp there, warning off any trespassers.

 

What do they want? And why are they here now? And will you help them complete their mission in the Mojave area?

 

Project Blackjack has 1 Main Quest

2 Side Quests (With a substantial payoff)

25 New Unique Characters all with their own dialogue

2 New Armours and 2 New Outfits

2 New Berets

New Weapons (Amount to be decided)

New Base of Operations (Located in the REPCONN Launch Facility)

2 possibly 3 New Companions (All high levelled)

3 New Factions - United States Military (Air Force), Ciphers (from Van Buren),

Damocles Corporation (Remnants of L.O.B Enterprises and P.R.C Soldiers)

 

 

More quests, dialogues and rewards will be added in the later stages. I will also be implementing a massive survival facility that was intended to feature in the prequel Operation Eagle Claw will be used here instead.

The X Files and The 100 and fans will recognise the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center based west of Washington D.C. I have included it in New Vegas instead as New Vegas has better assets to work with.

 

Initial Release TBA. Although I am aiming for an April release.

 

 

Be aware that this mod is predominately aimed at players who are pursuing an Independent Vegas. Anyone who is pro-NCR, pro-Legion will definitely want to avoid one of the Side Quests. Those pursuing a Mr. House ending, take note that this is a BoS friendly mod so you MAY want to use an additional mod that negotiates a truce between the BoS and House. However, I will endeavour to add my own solution to this in the Alpha stages.
