Crash on Save Load

Hey guys I need some help.

 

On all my save files after completing Come fly with me the game crashes on load.

 

I can Load an earlier file, and play for hours, then when I save and quit, and try to load it crashes during the load screen.

 

This is the only crash that I have experienced.

 

Ive waited years to have a pc good enough to run a current game. Quad4 6 gbddr3, ATi4200.

Obviously something corrupted your save. Go back to a stable save and play from there.

 

Never use auto- or quícksave. Use rotating hardsaves (5-10) and save every 15-30 minutes.

I have loaded from a save that would work and try to progress, but I guess you're telling me to go back even further?

 

I will certainly try its a huge bummer for all of us whom are experiencing these things.

 

Thanks for the suggestion I'll try it out and let you know. Maybe I'll just steer clear of the Come fly with me quest.

What's hardsaving :S?

If it crashes your last saves than a "hardsave" is affetcted too.

Hardsave is when you save with ESc -> save I think.

It also crashes on autosaves and quicksaves? Do you have any mods installed?

I never had that problem yet, but on Fallout 3 I sometimes had. What helped me was killing myself and let it autoload the latest savepoint. Maybe that helps.
