i searched soo long for modes that make my character looks real and smooth like those :

I don't know the race. The hair may be found in the Moonshadow Elves mod.

That's the Moonshadow Elf I think.

That's the Gothic Breton, a race that I made. Follow the first link in my signature. The hair is from the Moonshadow Elves mod.

I've seen the outfit on some Japanese sites but it's been awhile so I can't say which one. I have no idea about the race. I've never seen a character that tiny.

 

By the way, a lot of the "real and smooth" effects are achieved with some sort of post editing in Photoshop/Gimp et cetera. There are improvement mods out there (search "textures" in the downloads area) but nothing's going to make a character absolutely perfect.
