This is my video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJvAr7K2JCk

Has anyone experienced kind of this problem?

It was like this for me at times, too, though not so extreme. In my case the worst thing is that whatever is placed on top of a cupboard flies away whenever said cupboard is opened (to store stuff). I've also seen mammoths falling from the sky and wolves that suddenly jump and hit the sky too, and when I asked someone said it was a Havok issue.

Apparently, Skyrim 'freaks out' when you get 60+ FPS causing all the weird flying objects and creatures in game. I was told to cap the game to 60 fps, directly from the graphic card interface (not the game, there is no such thing in game as far as I know). I could never fix it because my AMD Radeon has no such option, but if you have an Nvidia then you might be able to. Alternatively you can get RadeonPro, which adds a series of options to your card if you have an Radeon. In my case I couldn't install Radeon Pro, but you might if you try.

As the game got 'older' and I started to add more mods to it, I started to get less FPS and saw less of these weird flying stuff. I still get them though, just not ridiculously flying across the room as in the beginning. I hope this info helps.

So many cases that physics bug happen is because The FPS more than 60, but this one is ridicolous, and i thought this is havok issue too. Hope someone can make an alternative bout this one..
