Rigel7
I updated my NMM a few days ago to 0.53.2. I first noticed that in the mods tab very few mods show (pretty much only what I have downloaded since updating NMM). However, all of my previous mods do show up in the load order under the plugins tab. BTW, the mods work even though they don't show up in the mods tab. I am trying to deactivate a mod (UNP Naughty Remodel) for a new play through. I uncheck the box on the left next to the mod and it still loads when I activate the game. I tried downloading the mod again so it shows up in my mod tab. I then activated it and deactivated it there but the effects still shows up when I activate the game. Am I missing something or do I need to do a complete wipe of all of my mods and start over? Thanks in advance!
DoctorKaizeld
are you starting with a new game?
Rigel7
No - I was continue with a level 4 character. I did try to start a new character though (alternate start mod activated) but the rag clothing on the new character indicated the Naughty mod was still active. DoctorKaizeld
go into your Skyrim Data files and find and remove anything that is connected to the mod.... maybe something got left behind. also when you uninstalled it did you make sure to take all the clothing off your character first? Rigel7
Just tried those steps - removed the mod in NMM and went to the data folder and manually deleted the .esp and image files. No luck. Put clothes back on the character and they are still the same from the mod. Also tried generating a new character and the rag clothing was the same from the mod. Is there a way to re-install the base vanilla armors and clothing without reloading the entire game? Thanks

Rigel7
That last step worked! Basically the new mod overwrote whatever residuals were still there. Thanks for the help!
