Stephen44911
I do have LOOT and typically use that for load order, but you guys are probably far more knowledgeable then me.A "v" symbolizes that it the plugin is activated. v Fallout3.esmv Anchorage.esmv ThePitt.esmv BrokenSteel.esmv Point Lookout.esmv Zeta.esmv Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.esmv CRAFT.esmv CALIBR.esmv aHUD.esmv FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esmv Mart's Mutant Mod.esmv RH_IRONSIGHTS.esmv Sydney Follower.esp FO3 Wanderers Edition - Alternate Travel.espv DarNifiedUIF3.espv Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Point Lookout.espv Uber Dogmeat.espv GNR Enhanced.espv FirstPersonGunFollowCrosshairs.espv FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.espv Mart's Mutant Mod.esp Mart's Mutant Mod - FWE Master Release + Project Beauty.espv FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC Broken Steel.espv FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC Project Beauty.espv Dragonskin Tactical Outfit.espv Dree Perks.espv FO3 Wanderers Edition - Project Beauty (Followers Enhanced).espv RH_Ironsights_RemoveReticule.espv FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC Anchorage.espv 3EFdrg.espv Dynavision - Dynamic Lens Effect.esp Mart's Mutant Mod - Natural Selection.espv Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Broken Steel.esp Mart's Mutant Mod - Tougher Traders.espv Mart's Mutant Mod - Master Menu Module.esp Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Anchorage.espv F3ProjectRealityMK1.espv Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Zeta.espv CALIBRxMerchant.esp ColtM4Carbines.espv ColtM4Carbines_RHIronSights.espv FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC Mothership Zeta.espv 2Perks Per Level.espv RH_Ironsights_Basic_AnchoragePlugin.espv FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC Point Lookout.espv FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC The Pitt.espv Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC The Pitt.espv Mart's Mutant Mod - FWE Master Release + DLCs.espv RH_FWE_Bridge.esp FO3 Wanderers Edition - Optional Restore Tracers.espv FO3 Wanderers Edition - Optional Restore Tracers (automatics only).espv RH_IronSights_Basic_ZetaPlugin.espv RH_IronSights_PL_Newitems.espv RH_IronSights_VanillaPlugin.espv RH_IronSights_Basic_PointLookoutPlugin.espv RH_IronSights_Basic_PittPlugin.espv RH_Ironsights_Basic_BrokenSteelPlugin.espv RH_Ironsights_Pitt_NewRifleSights.espv Sydney Follower - Load Order Fix.esp Well, that's it. I've been having some completely random CTD's (completely random time intervals too. Sometimes crashes will be within 20 minutes of eachother, and sometimes I can go an hour without a crash) It would be awesome if anyone could help me optimize my load order, or even recommend patches for compatibility, or any hotfixes I forgot. EDIT: Forgot to mention, I AM currently running the 4gb patch. Edited February 20, 2015 by Stephen44911
M48A5
First, uninstall all the inactive plugins. They may not be active, but the files are still in the Data folder and will be loaded into the game. Loose files are loaded before .bsa files. Get BOSS http://boss-developers.github.io/ to handle your load order. LOOT makes a load disorder. Check the FWE mod page for an example of a correct load order. Disable and uninstall all lthe compatibility patches you have for Project Beauty. You do not have Project Beauty and don't need patches for it. Remember, compatibility patches must load after the last mod they are patching. As far as random CTD's go, you should feel lucky the game would even load since you have a missing master file (project beauty). It is probably because the patches were being overwritten by other files.
Stephen44911
Thanks a ton M48A5I know Fallout 3 is supposed to be unstable, but not "crash every 20 minutes" unstable. Thanks for mentioning the FWE mod page too, I completely forgot it had a recommended load order too.So for deleting unused plugins, should I just delete the unused .esp's from the data folder? M48A5
To disable and uninstall unused plugins, use your mod manager. First, uncheck them to disable them. Do not delete a plugin that has not been disabled, you will really mess up your game and have to do a complete re-install of both the game and your mod manager. After you have disabled the plugins, use the mod manager to uninstall them. Or delete them from the data folder.
