Better Vampires feeding has no effect

Whenever I try to feed on a corpse or combat feed it does nothing. If I sneak feed it will just place me a bit forward bot no animation or effect. If I feed on someone that's sleeping the animation will play but there will be no effect and no red screen. Nothing happens if I drink a potion of blood. Anyone know why? I am also always labeled as hated despite the fact the hate option is disabled.

can i have your mod load order? also did you bring this up on the mod main page? the author is usually quite active

UPDATE: I did some testing and disabling the skyrim unofficial patches makes it work... Anyone know of a fix?

why do you have reproccer if you're using perma?

Did you install the perma better vampires overwrite esp?

I also have SkyRe installed expect the perks, which I get from Perkus Maximus. That's why I need reproccer. In the testing I have done I didn't have almost anything installed. Just the patches and Better Vampires, so the issue isn't there.
