BigBizkit
I did clean my pirates mod doing the usual apply filter for cleaning -> remove identical to masters & undelete and disable references. Now one user tells me he did the "check for errors" thing in tes 5 and got lots of errors: "in tes5edit i get lots and lots of errors and missing references and especially in the activator section. some of the activators using formids injects themself in older esps so it might result to further potential erros (formid condlict) if the form id are already in use. please report if this erros are intentional and please fix this." I verified it and, i get lots of this kind of errors: FormID -> [0701AAA9] <Error: Could not be resolved>[00:02] Above errors were found in :Object v2[00:02] Above errors were found in :Object Union[00:02] Above errors were found in :Value[00:02] Above errors were found in :Property[00:02] Above errors were found in :Properties[00:02] Above errors were found in :Script[00:02] Above errors were found in :Scripts[00:02] Above errors were found in :Data[00:02] Above errors were found in :VMAD - Virtual Machine Adapter[00:02] Above errors were found in :POPBaronEdwardDUPLICATE001 "Baron Edward" [NPC_:0601B604] Now, what I can say is, this POPBaronEdward npc is from Pirates of the Pacific (another mod not mine). I may have loaded my mod and POP together in the CK with my file as the active one only so that I could take a look at a few things POP did. I did NOT touch or edit or copy any POP assets there. The mod was just loaded simultaneously at one point. I'm not gonna lie. I don't know much about Tes5Edit and its functions aside from the basic cleaning, so I cannot estimate if those errors are serious or if they don't matter. The mod appears stable though, even in my extreme setup, midplaythrough and for more than 10 days now. It appears most of these errors are either refering to POP (as I explained) or to e.g. a newly added quest that I deleted later. Any help would be much appreciated. ThreeTen
So what I can say is that at least for the error above, It is housed in the VMAD category. This would be the information revolving around property values you assigned to references/base objects in CK. Chances are you made an old property link in the CK that you later removed in some way, but was never removed from the esp file.Or you linked an object/reference from a non-master file (I have had this exact problem too).If you want, send me a pm of all the errors you are getting and I can see if I can help you out some more. MotoSxorpio
Two options. Search for both formIDs in your TES5edit formID (the one on the right, top left of the app). Yes, that's two. Basically, TES5Edit is telling you that your duplicate of whomever you used for the new NPC is MISSING some script bits. EDIT: which means, since the NPC is from another mod, you could be missing references.
