The thing they didn't think about was the plot. I was furious when I knew who the traitor was, but I couldn't do anything. That's exactly what I hate about Oblivion. You have to do everything Bethesda's way. There should be more choices and paths in this game. For instance, if you could find out who the traitor is by finding small clues by yourself and then showing them to the Black Hand members, the traitor could be caught. Otherwise, you or they wouldn't know who the traitor was until he revealed himself and killed everybody.
