The ability to is a feature in the game by default, you just have to enable it. I can walk you through how. If you mean location wise.... Well, the common pure grey background comes from a mod called "Tona's Mod Store," I think. But really, you can take a good screenshot anywhere. It's just all about skill and circumstance.
